GUEST ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION:

All Condominiums have iron and ironing board, cable TV, radio and CD player, telephone and integrated air-conditioning.

• The One Bedroom 2 story Luxury Treehouse: measures 1,140 square ft. of airconditioned space. All have a waterview. The Treehouse has one bedroom, two bathrooms a living room on the first floor featuring a comfortable sitting area, plush furniture, front porch, dining room table with four chairs, full kitchen complete with cutlery and tableware, porcelain-top stove, granite countertops with three barstools for entertaining guests plus full bathroom. Winding staircase leads to second floor with king-bedded master bedroom, full bathroom and covered terrace. Other amenities include coffee and coffee maker, iron & ironing board, extra linens, stacking washer and dryer, color TV, high-speed internet (coming soon)and AM/FM clock radio. All bathrooms feature Molton Brown Products and all beds feature luxury linens. Internet center at the front office in the main building, as well as wireless connection at the pool. Most of the Treehouses are Bay view. (Max. occupancy 4 persons)
• The 2-Bedroom Luxury Waterview Suites range from 1'067-1'480 square ft. of air-conditioned space. The spaces living area features a living room/dining room with plush furniture, full kitchen complete with cutlery and tableware, porcelain-top stove and granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave and terrace. Other amenities include coffee and coffee maker, iron and ironing board, extra linens, stacking washer and dryer, color TV, high speed internet (coming soon)and AM/FM clock radio. All bathrooms feature Molton Brown products and all beds have lucury linens.The two bedrooms have a King size bed in the master and 2 individual beds in the second bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Large terrace (318 sq feet) with two entrance from the living and bedroom. Some units have bay view some and some have ocean view. The 2-Bedroom Waterview Suites are on the first, second or third floor, with an incomparable view. (Max. occupancy 6 persons)

How to get there:
The airport is located on South Bimini, from where a short ferry ride will take guests to North Bimini at $5.00 per person, payable locally. From there please take a taxi to the hotel.
If arriving in North Bimini by boat you will be directed to the Customs office, conveniently located at Bimini Bay Resort's Marina. Continental Airlines and Bimini Island Air fly daily from Fort. Lauderdale to Bimini. Lynx Air international has flights to Bimini and The Bimini Breeze, a high-speed ferry operating from Bimini to the Port of Miami, offers roundtrip service. Travel time is 2 « hours.
Western Air has daily flights from Nassau to Bimini 9.00am-9.20am and 4.00pm-4.20pm
Returning from Bimini to Nassau at 9.45am-10.05am and 4.45pm-5.05pm (subject to change)
